The evening aarti at Varanasi's Dashashwamedh Ghat is a mesmerizing Puja ceremony held daily, where seven young priests in vermillion sarongs perform a synchronized ritual atop small wooden platforms by the river. The ceremony begins with Vedic hymns, and as the sacred chants fill the air, the priests blow conch shells, setting the stage for a deeply spiritual experience amidst the glow of oil lamps and the serene waters of the Ganges.
