Terms and Conditions
• In case, a CM books two rooms for two nights each – the offer will be extended on both rooms, the offer is per room with the Minimum booking requirement as highlighted above.
• The list of participating hotels mentioned on the website will be updated regularly and is subject to change as per American Express and participating Hotel Discretion.
• The offer will be the same across all room categories.
• Allocation of more rooms is subject to availability and/or at the discretion of the hotel.
• The credit has to be used at the same hotel property where the offer is availed during the period of stay and cannot be availed during the next stay.
• The hotel credit can be used across services (Dining including in-room – dining, in-room mini-bar, alcoholic beverages, spa @amp: Experiences, Wifi, Laundry etc)available at Individual hotel property, exclusive of taxes
• The hotel credit is not valid on Room Tariffs
• Applicable Taxes: shall apply and will vary from state to state, depending on the hotel properties.
• Third-party services will be excluded from the offers. Only services extended by the hotel will be included.
• Hotel credit cannot be split into more than 2 room bookings.
• If the credit is not utilized in one stay, then the rest amount will get lapse, it cannot be used for the next stay.
• This offer is not applicable for bulk/group/conference bookings.
• The offer is only applicable to hotel room rates available on the individual hotel’s official website and will not be valid if
booked via any other Online Travel Agent (OTA) and travel agent.
• Applicable Taxes: shall apply and will vary from state to state, depending on the hotel properties.
• The cardmembers can avail of the offer multiple times during the offer period.
• The card member needs to stay in the booked hotel to avail of the offer.
• The offer will also be applicable for Supplementary cardmembers as well.
• Card members can raise queries regarding the offer from the day of booking till check-out.
• Queries shall be reverted to within 24- 48 hours from the time the query is raised.
• Modification of booking: Such requests will be accommodated only at the sole discretion of individual hotel property to the
extent possible or available and Any amendment to the reservation will be subject to feasibility and availability.
• Once the reservation is made, individual Hotel’s terms and conditions shall be applicable.
• The card member can reach out to the hotel directly for any other hotel policy.
• Cancellation Policy: Hotels standard cancellation policy will be applicable.
• Check-in and check-out timings: Hotels standard check-in / check-out time will be applicable. Early check-in and Late
check-out is subject to availability at the time of check-in/check-out.
• Child policy for each hotel will apply as per the policy of that hotel/villa/property.
• Important Documents: Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. As a government mandate, guests are expected to present valid proof of identity at the time of check-in.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s) available through any loyalty Programme run by the hotels.
• The room rates are subject to change without notice.
• An extension of stay at the hotel is liable to be offered at the Best Available Rate, available on the day of making the reservation or extension. The hotel should have availability. The offer is not a confirmation for any reservation at any participating hotel.
• Some hotel services may be curtailed as per local authority directives. If there are any restrictions, the guests are updated on the same at check-in.
• To avail of the offer, payment at the time of checkout has to be made on the eligible American Express card on which
reservation/booking was done.
