Through taste, we aim to stimulate an experience that represents the Rajasthani cuisine. The freshest ingredients are procured from local suppliers. We even have a private vegetable garden in Brij Bageecha that is used by our chefs. For an international pallet, our kitchens also provide more cuisines, you can explore through our menu. Sangri, named after a bean from the Khejri tree that grows in desert areas of Rajasthan, offers a refreshing hideaway from the world. The restaurant serves local Rajasthani and global dishes for different tastes, made with the freshest ingredients sourced mostly from our private farm.
The large bay windows allow for more reliance on natural light during the day, the courtyard is designed specifically for enjoying the Jaipur evenings. Do remember to visit Sangri when you’re here, the food and the design has been created to never leave you.
