Through taste, we aim to stimulate an experience that represents the Kumaoni cuisine. The freshest ingredients are procured from local suppliers. We even have a private vegetable garden in Brij Atmanya that is used by our chefs. For an international pallet, our kitchens also provide more cuisines, you can explore through our menu. Each dish serves to stimulate as well as teach about the area you have visited.
