In this cosy 400 square foot space you get all the comforts of a seasoned lodge tucked away in the mountains. You also get a view of the property, the hills and greenery as far as your eyes can see. You can step out from your room onto a walkway that gives you further access to the property which also allows for a view unfiltered by the glass of the windows. And when you step back in, your feet feel the warmth of a heated floor. It’s fair to say slippers are optional.

In addition to the 500 square foot room covered in wood you also get a space to sit out. So while you can see what the Kumaoni area has to offer from the cosiness of your room, you can also sit out to feel the mountain air, the mist and watch the unfiltered views of the hills and greenery around you. You can leave your slippers behind if you like when you step back in… the floor is heated and the property is warm.

The more, the merrier and warmer. Spread over two floors, the 1150 square foot suite allows for the adults to get the quiet while the children make the noise. It’s also for the family we call friends. Good thing it’s covered in wood so the cosyness isolates some of the sound. We encourage fun here, but not too much, a lot of our guests like it when the mountains sound like the mountains.

2200 square feet. You’ll have to include the steps to the door in the hike you can have in the morning. The reason we have one is because it needs to be this big… it needs to give the feeling of a cabin… in the woods… fit for a president and their family.
